      Great Mild Probiotic.
      This is a nice mild probiotic, I have noticed no side effects at all while taking this. Directions state to take 2 capsules a day with meals, so a bottle of 60, is a month supply (give or take a day). The capsules are clear, with the powder inside and are easy to swallow.

      great propbiotic
      I was impressed with the ingredients in Health Labs Nutra Advanced Probiotic Solution 11.5 Billion CFU capsules. The capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow. My digestion was not irritated at all. I felt great while taking these. It is recommended to keep these in the refrigerated, and they don't have a taste or odor.

      Working for me!
      I have tried a few different probiotics before and so far haven't noticed much from those. I decided to add this too together with the digestive enzymes im current taking which is from the same brand too. I should have tried this way before :( This helps me with my digestive problems and the fact that symptoms im battling daily are slowly going away.

      The whole general Probiotic benefits are great. I have tried a lot of Probiotics and they make me sick but these don't. These don't upset my stomach. They are great quality. These are easy to consume. 1 bottle is a full 30 day supply. I have noticed a decrease in my heartburn issues since starting these too which is great because I was regularly taking heartburn meds and I haven't had to.
