Up and and running in no time. Computer is fast and responsive. Get connected to free wi-fi locations outside home very quickly. Love the large screen! Highly recommended for seniors 55 years and older that require magnifying glasses to read. I don't have to keep worrying about recharging the battery because it runs for 12 hours. We bought this for NTI days during the Coronavirus. My 12 year old is thrilled with it. He says it's easier to use than the Chrome Books provided at school. I honestly am considering buying another one as my whole family prefers it over our 1,200 Apple laptop.

This is my second Chromebook

I have an identical unit that I bought several years ago. It has survived numerous unintentional 'drop tests' better than I would expect. The only notice able result from the 'drop tests' is the left speaker stopped working after the fourth or fifth 'test'. It is basic but works well and covers my needs... this new one is for my wife. I don't do heavy gaming or run a small business with this unit, but it works great for day to day internet access. One drawback is that this will not run all windows programs, but it does run fine for basic internet service, browsing, gaming, commerce, blogging or looking for a recipe.
