Great laptops for the price

Great laptops, I order 2 because the price was unreal. At first I did not like the Windows 10s but once I reverted to Windows 10 and uninstalled the many apps it comes with all is well. I mainly use it to stream movies and shows. I have not yet had a problem. The laptop has a slim design, very lightweight and battery lasts about 8 hours. I was not fond of the mouse at first but once I got used to it, it works fine. The webcam is very low quality but I don't use that feature so it does not bother me. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Not Worth the Hassle

Since getting this product, it keeps having internal system failures. I have yet to been able to fully use it without it constantly cutting off saying 'System Boot Failure' or some other technical issue. I sent it in for repair and literally once I got it back to reprogram it with my favorites, the same error messages. Definitely getting my $ back.

Do not buy!!!

This laptop is terrible. Purchased it for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas. She has barely used it for anything other than writing a paper and it froze everytime she used it. And when it freezes we cant get it to unfreeze. It's been a black screen for 5 days now and it's too late to return which is my fault I should have taken it back the first time it froze but I thought it was just a fluke and would work. I've owned my Acer for 8 years and had zero issues with it. This one is not the same quality. I wasted $200.
