This laptop is just so very simple. I had no trouble setting it up and downloading everything very quickly. It is so nice having a third computer in the house so everyone can work on their schoolwork simultaneously. Windows 10 just makes it so easy and it is very fast and reliable for its size. Can even take it to school and use it just need a WiFi or LAN connection. There are so many apps and programs today it makes things very simple. There is nothing you cannot complete.

This laptop is easy for even a beginner to use. Set up is simple Cortana talks you through the whole process. Windows 10 seamlessly links all your accounts and devices if you want to.

Keys are soft to touch, browser is easy to navigate my kids love it good for family use.

Acer Aspire 1, 15.6 HD Screen, Intel Celeron  Laptop is awesome. I love the sleek design and the light weight of it. This laptop will stay fully charged for about 8 and a 1/2 hours with continuous use. This comes with windows 10 included. This includes word, excel, power point and outlook. When starting up the laptop it is extremely easy to get it all set up and turned on. This wole take you a few moments. On some tablets they do not include a caps lock button, And I was pleased to see that this laptop did come with 1. I know this is something kind of small but in hindsight it's a big deal when you need to write things in all caps. I love that this laptop comes with the indium processor included this helps with faster processing. This is a wonderful laptop for students or off his work. But is also great for personal use at home. Acer is a fantastic brand and I have had many computers from them over the past 10 or 15 years. This is a great brand and a great product. I love that it is low in cost but very effective and simple to use. This is a 5 star laptop all the way.

The screen has a high-resolution display, plenty of storage, and decent processing power. The entire outer chassis is made of plastic, but it feels sturdy and doesn't look too cheap thanks to the design on the lid and firm palm rest. The laptop has slightly curved sides, so i don't feel any sharp edges when holding it and its light to lift but got enough weight not to slip out of my arms when moving it.

Easy set up and runs Window 10 off the bat, Not used to having the power button on the right side instead of the left. I regularly use my desktop for everything so a laptop is something new for me but this will be very convenient when im on the move and need to shop on the internet instead of using my cell phone. Good price point as well!

I was very excited to receive the Acer Aspire 1 notebook computer. I have had an Acer Aspire laptop for years and love the Acer brand. My older laptop is big and heavy plus is running Windows 7 so I needed a new laptop. This Acer Aspire 1 is so lightweight and easy to handle. It has 4 gigs of memory but only 64 gigs of hard drive. This is fine with me as I prefer to keep most of my files on a flash drive. I mainly use my laptop for designing shirts, decals, etc. The notebook does not have access to the battery nor does it have a dvd drive. It is running Windows 10 and offers Microsoft Office 365. Even though it is smaller than my older laptop, the screen is plenty big as it has a 15.6” high definition screen. It also has a numeric pad on the right side. I travel with my laptop so the weight and size of this device will be so much easier. I love that it will hold a charge for hours and will recharge quickly. The exterior is smooth so I will be decorating it soon! Great product!

The Acer Aspire 1 laptop is a powerful computer, that is light enough for you to carry around where ever you go. I found the display bright and crisp, and did well, whether I was watching internet tv on it, playing games, or viewing email. It also did exceptionally well in running and displaying some books I downloaded. I tried the laptop out using the Windows 10 Home is S mode, which was the operating system installed, but there were some programs I needed to run that S mode will not run, so I found the instructions to take it out of S mode, which was very easy to do, then I was off and running. The laptop ran every program I tried to run on it. The laptop boots up very quickly, and has the ability to run several programs at the same time. The mouse pad is very responsive and easy to use. I have always had a hard time using mouse pads before, but on this laptop, the mouse pad is easy and accurate to use. The speakers are loud enough to hear easily, and do not go excessively loud. The laptop was able to stream live tv broadcasts, as well as video's and it did not buffer the whole time, the video's and streaming ran smoothly without a hitch. The laptop does not have a cd/dvd drawer, but I find that most programs or music I want to run on it, I can just put on a USB flash drive, and it actually runs better than if it had been on a cd/dvd. The computer has a HMDI port on it, so you can use a HMDI cable and run it to your tv, if your tv has a HMDI port also. The laptop also has 3 USB ports, so using an external mouse and still having enough USB ports for a flash drive and anything else USB you want to use, is possible to do. I am very impressed with this laptop's capabilities.

He uses it for school and playing games!! It works so well and is fast running. He uses everyday since we got it! I love everything about it! I would buy this kind of computer again. I would also recommend this to anyone looking for a nice affordable laptop. This one has been better than others. It is very nice, heavy duty and should last a long time. Now I can cook in the kitchen and watch my favorite shows or cook with the Food Network. I no it must sound silly to say it has changed my life, Well at least the way i use to do things .Its such a convenience to have a brand new fast working modern laptop. I just touch the board and hit enter and it takes off like lighting lol I could never say that about my old desk top! I so appreciative being able to test products for Walmart! Once you set it up with your info it immediately found other sites I go to! Now thats so kOOl! Dont need to look for my password book which I can never find. Everything was just automatic. I didnt think I would like playing games on the laptop but I do! The screen is big enough to enjoy my games! I had to get used to not having a mouse to work with but once you slide you get used to it you will love it. Everything is faster It works perfect. The sound on it is a little to low for me when im in the kitchen cooking so i got a small Bluetooth speaker. You cant imagine the sound the comes out of this little speaker it sounds like a concert! Theres so many things you can do on here that I have no use for like spreadsheets and stuff. I use it for reading the papers online paying bills on line and shopping online, playing my facebook games and connecting with my friends! It has its own camera! Its so cool I no its the little things that are so important. Doing Facetime is amazing! I feel like a little kid! Everything's just so clear and sounds great. Its a great way to keep in touch! I can take it anywhere I LOVE THAT! Battery life is amazing like 9 hours thats a plus! All I have to do now is buy a case to carry it in when I go out! Im so excited!

The Acer Aspire 1, A115-31C23T, is a low-cost category laptop. Its RAM (4 GB DDR4) is the minimum to run Windows 10. It has an internal storage device eMMC of 64 gigabytes, enough for the operating system and some other software. It has 3 USB ports, LAN, HDMI, Wi-Fi and audio input/output. Its graphics are acceptable (15.6 “screen) and the sound of its speakers, with the average volume, does not distort. Its appearance is elegant and quite light. Its battery allows a range of 6 to 7 hours, depending on how it has been used, what I could call, normal length. It comes with Windows 10 version S factory installed, which limits the software that can be added to what is available for download at Microsoft store and the peripherals and accessories must also be compatible; it gives extra security to the user, since you can only install trusted software but it also takes away flexibility since we can only, for example, browse with Edge. This limitation can be removed from the operating system but once removed, it can no longer be recovered. In summary, it is a notebook according to its cost with limited characteristics, which make it ideal for those who face their first PC, or for those who limit its use, to school tasks, or for elderly users with basic knowledge.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment and the display is amazing. I think S mode means "School" mode. In S mode one does not have to worry about the user loading the system up with all kinds of widgets and games and shopping things that only open the system to those providers and also slow down the operation of the computer. I think a school environment or even the office environment would benefit from this level of system security. In S Mode it is essentially a work station and not a fully capable computer. However one can switch out of S Mode to Windows 10 Home, which I did with mine. For a user like myself I was disappointed that it doesn't have a CD drive or obvious status lights to let you know even if it is on or off. There is one little light on the side when the power supply is plugged in. When it goes to sleep and you touch the pad to wake it up it does not immediately wake up and I thought maybe it was completely off and I was reaching for the power button when the screen lit up. This computer wouldn't be my 1st choice to replace my older Acer Laptop. But I would definitely recommend it as an office workstation or in school computer.
