Give your kidneys some help
I use a whole 4 lb. bag of Epsom salt in my soaking tub. That is 75 gallons of water to one bag. I soak for 1-2 hours at a time. The osmosis transfer of wastes like uric acid leaves through the skin with the help of the salt. This helps your kidneys as the organs will have less waste to process. My kidneys are at 80% due to diabetic stress.

You messed up the delivery
The product -- Epsom salts -- was fine. But you packed it terribly. The epsom salts were in half-gallon cartons like milk cartons. You put a dozen of them in a big box two feet on a side. You did not put in packing material to keep them from shifting around. The net result was that two of the cartons broke inside the box. When it arrived, the cardboard box was leaking epsom salt powder. Two of the cartons were busted. So we lost some of the product, and our entry hall was a mess because of what spilled out of the box. Next time, please take some care when you pack things.

Great Price!

I use Epsom salt for soaking sore muscles and my son had to use it for soaking his feet after getting his ingrown toe nails removed. This was such a great value and works great.

good value

Fine product as far as I can tell, great price, good size for pouring into the tub. I like unscented. Fragrance I do not like built in because I can add liquid soaps and things, those with or without moisturizer to my liking.

When you are exhausted from a long day at work or just want to spend quality time with yourself in a bath, remember to add this product. It relaxes you. The vanilla oil in the bath is a plus. Try it

1. This is course grain.

2. I chance to say medium. I think it is good to mix the salts in water in a pitcher in general and then run the bath water over it. It is not so big in grain. This is a good price for salts and they are pretty much the same grain.

3. Personally, I would consider the grain to be coarse. I use in my tub so it doesn't matter to me as it all seems to melt equally well. Had no trouble with this melting in the tub.

1. You are better off using warm water and SEA Salt on a piercing than you are Epsom Salt. Some Epsom Salts have added scents or chemicals to them which would not be good for your piercing. Sea Salt however is used for the healing of face/mouth piercings. Epsom Salt is used for muscles and relaxation.
