after waiting for a week to get this product delivered, i was so disappointed to find out it was defective.
this tend to happen so i am very understandable about these things. but i am giving it a bad review because i tried to reach their tech support for assistance and i was surprised to find out that request for assistance must be first communicated by email or fax. phone and chat support is standard nowadays from companies who intend to keep current customers.
i must say that returning the product to wal-mart happened without a hitch. i was thankful that i got the defective product from wal-mart because i was able to return it to the store directly without packaging and resending anything. so, i'm still a big fan of wal-mart.
