Gets Me Moving With Less Pain
I waited to review this DVD until I had used it for a couple of weeks.  So far I have only used the morning stretch and am pleased to say there's already been a dramatic reduction in stiffness.  Results are best when I perform the exercises daily but often I don't have the time so even every other day seems beneficial.  The exercises are very gentle so the super-athletic may view them with less enthusiasm but still it would benefit their overall flexibility.  These exercises not only have relieved my morning stiffness but have also relieved some of my lower back pain and increased my flexibility.

OK first step
I was looking for an AM/PM type video to increase my flexibilty. I am very active in my work, but I felt I needed to add some stretching and flexibilty to my daily activities. The stretching is ok, especially for someone new to a daily strecthing routine. However, I feel I will be graduating to a more challenging set of stretches soon. I was really hoping for a stretching routine to work into and use for a longer period of time. It's disappointing that after only a few days I feel ready for for the next step.

Best stretching DVD I've seen.

I first tried this DVD for 6 weeks from my local library.  I try to do it about 4 or 5 times a week.   I noticed a change after the first week.  I can tell it has helped with my back and torso area.  Also, has helped my posture.  Although, my lower back still gets sore, my core strength seems to be better.   I like the way Madeline Lewis slowly walks through each exercise and it explains it.  I've looked at several DVD's and she is the best instructor I've seen for exercise.  Note:  the AM stretch is the one I routinely do.

Love the stretches

I like to stretch before and after workouts. I really like the stretches and I am not sore after my workouts. Easy to do very relaxing

1. There are a few stretches but it is definitely not a yoga work out. At one point they sit on floor &amp; strectch but I just continue standing and do some stretches. I highly recommend this video as it really tones you all over. Of course you would need to love 50s music.

2. Some of it includes simple yoga moves and focuses on breathing. The stretches are not termed &quot;Yoga&quot;, but if you have done yoga before, you would recognize them as such. The stretching is an easy, gentle progression.
