The concept is phenomenal. Packaging is good. The design is good. Structure is sturdy. Love the enclosure for the scratch pad. It allows for litter to be removed from paws before exiting. Parts and hardware were all enclosed and labeled. Instructions were a tad bit confusing. Assembly was tedious. Surface may be impervious to liquid, however, after having mistakenly overwatered a plant on top, noticed that the edges or corners are not, which caused the surface to buckle or raise. Please be careful with spills.
