My niece bought one last year and I decided to buy one for my Mum. It's brilliant works just like an A/c. Her 5 neighbors have since purchased the same machine. It works well, Not as well as an actuall A/C, but in a heatwave you will appreciate having one in your room! If you fill it with cold water, and turn the cold and swing mode on you'll get the best result.
