The company that sold this, ASN out of Southern California bent over backwards to help me solve issues with the computer upon its arrival. When doing tech support over the phone, and not being able to correct the issue with the computer. The paid for shipping both, back to them to fix the issue and then to return it to me, in proper working order. The folks working for this company are very patient and helpful. They are expanding so my suggestion to all, keep your eyes peeled for ASN. Very trustworthy and reliable, and I don't say these words in regards to most companies any longer.

Work Horse

This was shipped because I specifically needed/wanted Windows 7. I already have a great desktop Dell PC. I didn't know anything about the 5430, but wanted a workhorse to use for remote. I had previously purchased software for $250 (Final Draft 10) and loaded it with no problems. The usb port for the flash drive needed to be upgraded, and I got that info from the shipper CL3Tech.) Their guy sent me a link and I downloaded the upgrade for free. My belief that any refurbished computer is only as good as the tech support, and that's what they want to provide. So far, so good. Its a bit pokey but I don't care. The kind of work I do calls for thought (screenplay writing) so its perfect. The keyboard is soft and quiet and is a bit more touchy than my desktop pc. It fits my hands perfectly. More will be revealed!
