RockTape International Medical Gentle Bulk Roll

The bran " Rock " tape is the best Kinesiology tape to use to hold an area still and in place. I have used other cheaper and store brands and none compare to this brand. I was taught about this brand years ago after a major surgery and after trying others, this is the brand to buy. It's not made from cotton like others, it's made from a synthetic material that has a stronger more secure hold.

I broke my femur almost a year ago and I am still healing. My therapist put Rock Tape on my knee in lieu of a brace. This stuff is magical. It helps keep my knee from buckling. I have learned to apply it myself snd love how it keeps me lined up!
