SOMEONE DIDNT DO THE JOB

I understand that you get what you paid for but this was absolutely unacceptable what I received... during the unboxing phase I heard a Rattle and couldn't fathom what it could be as it was secured tightly in the box. I opened the tower to find that one of the drive fans was not secured and two broken rubber screws... I went I had and bought new rubber screws and mounted it securely myself however I thought that it would be complete once again I understand you get what you pay for but this looks like it was just thrown together and somebody didn't feel like being at work that day
