Arrived shattered, but excellent customer service and the mirror is beautiful in person.

I ordered this mirror and it arrived shattered. I sent an email request for a refund instead of a replacement and the customer service rep convinced me I should go with a replacement and that if it arrived broken again I could absolutely get a refund. The replacement arrived quick and it was in great condition. It's a beautiful mirror and I put some colorful decals on it to match the bright colors I have in my room. I LOVE the shelf on the mirror. It was so easy to put on. You just screw the bolts on the shelf onto the mirror and you are done. -The shelf is perfect for sunglasses, lipstick/lip glosses, small plants and other nick knacks. -It's heavy and well made. It can be used for any décor style. -The company has great customer service. They got back to me fast and were professional. I recommend this mirror. I'm glad I went with a replacement instead of a refund.

Nice quality and good size. I ordered with the Angela cream bed. They look great together. This was my first purchase from TOV. Excellent service. I'm sure I will order more things in the future. Highly recommend!
