Boasting a sturdy 5-ply construction and a thick aluminum core, DEMEYERE Industry is designed for perfect browning, offering superior heat retention and even heating. Signature flat base technology makes it fully induction compatible and hot-spot free no matter what stovetop you cook on.
Other chef-friendly features include dripless pouring rims and ergonomic stay-cool handles that are welded so they are ultra-secure. And because there are no rivets for grease to collect around, they’re exceptionally hygienic. The patented Silvinox surface treatment on DEMEYERE cookware maintains a flawless, silvery white finish that’s easy to clean and more resistant to fingerprints, harsh detergents, and strong acidic foods, even after years of use.

Great pans; well worth the investment
Terrific line of pans. Stay cool cover and handles work well. Heat distribution is very even and predictable. Cooks extremely well, and cleans up easily. Even stubborn, burnt-on residues come off easily with a short soak. Substantially but not too heavy. Will last a lifetime.

Best pans I have ever owned.
I love these pans. Having to learn to adjust my cooking style a little since this line is so efficient and heat so evenly. I melted butter for a recipe and it melted nicely and never bubbled or started to brown. I did my research and had it down between Demeyere, All Clad and Made in USA...no rivets on the inside and the construction description sold me on this brand. Well worth the investment.
