Initial creasing is normal, and the creases will fall out within a few days; we advise reversing rolling the rug pile side out and leaving in a warm area to aid in the removal of crease. Use of a rug pad recommended.

We purchased two of these rugs, they are beautiful. The pile is very nice and I think this rug will hold up very well.
