We love the appearance and all the essentials that come with bed ( desk, bookcase, and extra bed/reading nook). Material is great and beds are perfect but wish the engineering of the bed movement was better thought out. When my daughter who is 8 and about 64 lbs moves the entire bed moves and makes so much noise. The bed will not fall apart but noise sure makes you feel uneasy. Overall satisfied but my husband had to make some adjustment corners to stop all the movement.

Good item for price, instructions could be better
Assembly was not the easiest based on the simple instructions and not all of the parts came labeled (or they fell off), and it is a two person job. All that said, I would buy it again and my daughter loves it! the bottom bunk bed that you can pull in and out is awesome, and it comes with the mattress. when we put a board on the wrong direction, it was easy to pull back apart and correct. It was shipped well packed, and arrived without damage. And all of the parts and accessories were there - nothing missing. It does wiggle a little when my kid climbs, and i have considered adding a stabilizing bracket or anchor, but no actually concerns with it. Good bang for you buck for a kids room or play area. It took my husband and I one evening to complete, and that included a dinner break. I don't remember if they recommended me on the item description to order a 5" mattress but I didn't and ordered a 10" mattress for the top bunk - 10" is too tall for the top. Make sure to only get a 5" so it sits under the safety rails.
