This tarp works well in more than aspect of life-not only is it extremely helpful for recreational camping but it can be used for everyday activities as well! We primarily purchased it to use as an extra layer underneath our tent-it provides the right amount of coverage as an added barrier against the wet ground. These 5-Mil tarps were what I needed, and they work well. I gave it a 4 because one day we had a storm with VERY high winds and a few of the grommets broke loose. But other than that, I am satisfied with them.
