Our Lightweight and Dense Foam Material in firm enough to keep its shape while remaining comfortable on the skin and conforming to chest.
  • CONTENTS: 1 Size 4 Breast Form and 20 double sided adhesive strips to secure to bra. Can also be sewn into bra, activewear and swimwear. PRODUCT WEIGHT: 0.6 Oz - MEASUREMENT: 6.1” X 4.5” X 1.4”
  • MATERIAL: Skin friendly material wicks moisture and dries quickly for the ultimate in comfort and convenience. COMPOSITION: Polyester, Rayon, Spandex Cover, Polypropylene Foam Core. PRODUCT CARE: After use in salt or chlorinated water, wash with mild soap and warm water. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, squeeze gently to remove water and air dry.
  • INSTRUCTIONS Use double-sided tapes to secure breast form directly to bra or bra sized swimwear. Never attach adhesives to flat side of breast form and never secure product to your skin with adhesive. Can be used in most mastectomy bras without the need of tape if secured in a pocket.

These were exactly what I was looking for for in my sports bra for every day wear and workwear and workout/gym wear. They are extraordinarily light and stay put well.
