The Best Over-the-range Microwave… Ever?

This appliance replaced a GE appliance (>12 years old with a lot of ‘miles') and is improved in every feature over the first: ease of use, appearance and style, functionality, resistance to fingerprints, efficiency and capacity, and more. I was disappointed when my original failed - but I couldn't be more pleased with the replacement!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I really love about this microwave is that it does not splatter when you reheat food. The inside has a well in each corner to hold excessive liquid in the event you have an overflow.

Cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that the cafe microwave is not built as good as the cafe microwave it replaced. The door does not feel as heavy (solid) as the previous one I owned and the interior design doesn't looks cheaply made. The prior one I owned when you opened the door it was all stainless steel. There were no “bowls” in the bottom design just one platform of stainless steel. A nicer finish. Wish my old one didn't stop working. The new one is cheaply made.
