[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I figured something from the kitchen aid family would be awesome! I made pork chops in the pan and it definitely got hot didnt see where it cooked evenly i did have rotate the meat in the pan. The pan didnt come totally clean after i washed it and i scrubbed it, there is like a brown stain i cannot get off! Dont think it worth the money
