Assembly would have been much quicker had there been text with the diagrams. This is the XL model, but quite a bit of smoke escapes out of the front door. Thought I was buying a smoker that I would not have to babysit while it did the job. Non-soaked wood chips produce more smoke, but I had to constantly feed the chip box during the smoking process, like every 20 minutes. Went through the entire box of chips trying to smoke a shoulder.
