A Best Buy

This a recent purchase, I'm so fascinated with this cosmo refrigerator. it the first time I have a fridge with an ice maker I'm 72 years old and just getting around to learning how to operate these things I called their customer hotline and the young man I spoke with was very patient and helpful he was able to explain to me in detail how to use the ice maker and other things. All the functions I expected are working great I'm happy with this purchase and it was a pleasant experience with their customer service.

Love the look, and it's got SO much space

ths refrigerator has so many high end features that you can get at really expensive price points. It has an ice maker digital controls and even has a door alarm I only found out because I left it slightly open it's quite convenient to know when the door is not fully closed I've had many instances with old firdges I had I left the house only to find it wide open when I got home coz it wasn't fully closed.

Extremely Spacious

The fridge finally arrived a week ago however when we unpacked it we found some small dents on the left door which could be tolerable but my wife was really adamant about getting it replaced. So I called cosmo to see how we go about that and it was really simple. Just needed to send them the serial number and a screenshot of my receipt and it just took a couple of days to get delivered it was also easy to replace the door. The day we got the replacement door we emailed the cosmo rep I spoke with and he called us to make sure we get to install it corrrectly and it was a breeze. I recommend this fridge because it checks all the boxes for our needs and I highly commend the people behind cosmo for their excellent service.
