This is great quality gnocchi. The price was good, it shipped in perfect condition, and can be frozen to store longer if you want. If you are making a dish for 1-2 people to eat one time then 1 pack might suffice, but really you will likely want to or more packs if you want to have enough for the family or be able to enjoy it as a center to a dish. We made chicken gnocchi soup and it turned out excellent.

It is as good as homemade. I know this for a fact.
Colavita is the only pasta I buy. The reason is simple: I used to make my own pasta regularly because it was so much better than what I could buy anywhere. Then I discovered Colavita. It is every bit as good as my homemade pasta, and given that making pasta is laborious, I switched to store-bought (but only Colavita). Highly recommended.
