Great warranty.
I received this as a replacement when my original one broke. I am so impressed with Moen's warranty I will never buy a different brand. My original product was installed when my home was built in 2003. Moen sent me a new fixture at no charge after 15 years of use.

Replacement Showerhead
I bought a handheld shower head two years ago. Recently, the handle cracked. The store where I bought the Moen showerhead said to call Moen to discuss the warranty. The Moen Customer Service person called me exactly at the time they promised. I explained my situation and they found a showerhead that was almost identical to the one that I had purchased. Great customer service, great warranty and so professional! I am a Moen customer for life. Thank you for making this so pragmatic and simple. Other companies need to take a lesson from Moen on how to provide excellent customer service!
