The Panel Lockout locks out the entire electrical panel. The panel door stays locked and the panel cover can not be removed because the device encapsulates two panel screws. This Kit includes a Panel Lockout, a padlock, three keys, a tag, a 6 inch extension, an 11 inch extension, a pair of clips for panels without screws and a duck cloth zippered pouch.The Panel Lockout fits onto panels 14 inches to 20 inches wide. Extensions are provided for wider panels.If the panel does not have screws the included clips are used. The clips attach between the panel cover and the back box. They have a screw on each for attachment of the Panel Lockout. Instructions for installing both the Panel Lockout and the clips are included in the pouch. All items except the lock are made in the USA.
