The all-new NPS Model 6800 designer plush padded stool is ideal for your science lab, institutional or educational setting. The seat core is solid pine. With its fashionably crafted curved leg design, this contemporary stool will enhance the setting of your room. Built with 18 gauge heavy-duty steel curved legs, this unit will hold up under rugged and intensive usage. It is furnished with a 3 in. Plush Padded Seat. The seat pan can swivel 360 degrees and is adjustable from 18 inches to 25 inches by simply turning the seat. The adjustable height pole is concealed with our premium steel center sleeve for an elegant appearance. This stool features a convenient footrest to add to the overall comfort.

Very sturdy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this adjustable stool. It's very sturdy and I like that you don't need any tools or take out any pins to adjust the height. You simply spin the seat to your desired height. Excellent piece of furniture to have!

Sturdy, well-made and cute!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how attractive this stool is! The wood seat is a nice light tone. It's very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. Right now, my son is using it at his Lego table to sit while he builds. He's an active 6 year old, and I like that this stool is very sturdy and I don't have to worry about it tipping over. It's very easy to adjust the height and can be done with one hand. Although it's not the intended use, I think this would make a really nice plant stand and I will be giving that a try this summer. Overall I am impressed at how attractive and well made this stool is! I also LOVED that it comes assembled and all I had to do was take it out of the box. It was wrapped so well so there were no issues with chipped paint, etc.

For some reason the coloring reminds me more of school or a stool in a lab so it's not quite right for my house but overall a great piece
