Great!
I was skeptical about trying cod liver oil because of its infamous taste, but this lemon-flavored version is a game-changer. The citrus flavor does an excellent job of masking the fishy taste, leaving only a mild aftertaste that's quite tolerable. The quality is top-notch. Garden of Life's transparency with sourcing—wild-caught Alaskan cod—is reassuring, and the oil feels incredibly fresh. I started taking it for its omega-3 benefits, and within a few weeks, I noticed improvements in my skin and joint health. It's also packed with vitamin D and A, which are great bonuses. The only downside is that the oil can be a bit thick, so I prefer to mix it into a small glass of juice or smoothie instead of taking it straight. Overall, it's a high-quality product that delivers on its promises.

Excellent!
Have been using this for a week and see the difference in my vision. I must have been so low on Vitamin A the natural and best form. This is really a quality product; its hard to find the natural good form of Vitamin A in Cod Liver Oil, usually they add the synthetic form. The taste is great by the way. No fishy taste or burp. Highly recommend it!!!

Bought for mother in law
My mother in law has osteoarthritis so I bought this for her, obviously can't tell if she got better and I don't think this is enough without other medication However regarding the taste and smell, it doesn't bother her at all, she can barely taste it
