Moving the height of the shower head is easy. However, rotating the angle of the shower head takes some serious muscle. Still considering returning product.

Unit does not rotate as it should

Similar to the other customer comment - the rotation of the spray holder is impossible. It simply will not budge

The only way to make the holder rotate is to have the bar mounted to the wall and insert the hand shower into the holder. You will use the hand shower to create leverage to me the holder.
