Horrible service
First of all, the set I ordered was for propane gas and the one I received was for natural gas and one of the long logs was broke. Spoke with a customer service representative and she stated I would have to return the order and reorder. I did this and again the set was for natural gas. I initiated the return online and still spent over 1 hr. to get refund! Such horrible customer service, no one knows how to do their job. I will never order from Walmart.com again!
