Darker and drawers are stuck

Packaged very well. Color is darker in person - like a walnut or light milk chocolate color (my photos make it look lighter). Ours had a chipped back corner. The drawers don't go all the way to the back. The underside is actually hollow where the drawers end. See photo. One drawer opens easily but it's hard to close. The other one you have to pull with all your mite to get it to open and shove it closed. The hardware is an aged brass color and not black. Overall, it just didn't work for us but is an amazing size and a pretty good piece of furniture if the things I mentioned don't bother you.
