I Received a USED Computer

I just received my Dell Model: i5570-7487SLV computer from Mastertronics / Walmart and I was shocked to find they sent me a used computer when I paid for a new one!! Not only is it used, when I plug in the charging cable the charging light comes on and goes out when I release the cable. I can wiggle the cable and the charging light comes back on until I release it. I have purchased over a half dozen Dell and HP computers from Walmart and Sams over the years but this is the first time I have even been supplied junk like this. I have not even turned it on because I am sending it back.
