I ordered the wrong item

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing, and they were sent to the wrong address, which was my mistake. The low rating is a result of the company who sold these through Walmart, was not helpful in the least. I couldn't return them until I tracked them down. Walmart would not accept a return, I had to go through the vendor, by then so much time had passed (30 days) they would not accept a return either! It was maddening, and I was stuck with an item I could not use! Not the good service I am used to from Walmart!
