Horrible experience and out money!

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased 3 pendants not sure whether I needed 2 or 3. When I tried to return the 1 I didn't need, they told me there was a 30 day return policy. I never saw this when I completed my purchase nor was it on my order confirmation and they could not provide me with the return policy. They also told me the pendants had been discontinued and could not be returned. I don't believe there was anything stated to that affect either but a customer should not be penalized for an item being discontinued! Horrible customer service, will never order from them again.
