Excellent Timer
Replaced an Intermatic 15 min (spring wound) timer switch with this Broan CD60W Digital Timer and I'm very pleased. The neutral wire component is IMPORTANT to add to make it work. The Intermatic has only a line and a load wire. I timed each setting and they're spot on. It's wonderful that there's an “always on” feature as well. I highly recommend this Broan timer.

I ordered a switch from third-party seller Buildcom. They sent me the wrong switch, but because I didn't open the package until 45-days after receiving it, they will not let me return it. This is the first time I've tried Buildcom, and I won't use them again.

Complicated installation
Installation is not easy at all. Old switch had 2 wires to be connected, this one has 4. Installation guide is very complicated and very unclear. All online videos show much simpler models. Unless you're an electrician or have identical installed model to be replaced, I don't recommend this one. Good luck
