Good price for these welder tips, must buy

This works much better than the loose welding pens. those get hot also. The person that states they burned through the battery, that cant happen, that is your setting to high, this holder doesn't control the power, you cant set the power with it, all it does i transfer the power from your welder. You can get thicker Nickle strips, like .15 or .2which is would handel mo power anyway. If your looking on taking that next step try tungston copper tips. With the copper the tips stick to the material, they will be eaten up by the electricity which needs to be filed down to a blunt point, but the CuTi

The item did not come with any instructions and when i try to use it, it burns right through the nickel strip and into the battery, probably damaging it. Sometimes it actually welds the strip but when it does, it is usually to the pen itself. I'm probably doing something wrong, but without instructions i wouldn't know. Gonna keep trying.
