Ipad was previously owned by a school so it still has school lock on it. I've reached out to seller via email multiple times with no response. No option to return and no way to reset it without school information. Cannot use it for personal use as it has school restrictions to app store etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER

I don't suggest for restored items to be ordered, I received this in the color white, I figured it didn't matter as long as it worked, I couldn't even get it started bc it's still under the previous owner's Apple ID. When I received I threw away the box it came in not thinking it wouldn't work. It was a Christmas gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. I requested a return and Walmart processed it, when I took it to the store for return they would not take it bc it didn't have a scanner code label on it. So now I'm stuck with a none working iPad
