How can I wite a review?

The Blue Sofa was never sent to my address. I am home 24/7 because I take care of my 87 yr. old mother. Also since I don't have a car and we receive lots of deliveries . All the delivery drivers know us -- UPS, FEDEX and USPS. so no they wouldn't deliver it to anyone else.
