A Rodeo Prize Worth Killing For!During a terrible storm, a serial killer wreaks havoc inside a small-town Texas prison. Deputy Adams is transporting a deadly murder suspect when she finds a local prison to hold up for the night. While inside the jail, a power outage allows Russell (triple murderer) to escape and begin a new murder spree among his fellow inmates and newly appointed Deputy Rollins.
