Warranty information
New England Outdoor & Recreation Products (NEOP) proudly stands behind our products. Our product is warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase by original retail buyer against defects in material and workmanship when it is assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with owner’s manual. We will at our option, repair or replace, free of charge, any part found to be defective in material and workmanship. Normal wear of parts or components are also covered by this one (1) year warranty. Defective parts will be replaced at our expense during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water or damage due to other peril or natural disaster. Warranty replacement parts are available ONLY WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE through our customer service department at 203-591-9033 or email us at service@ezgoal.net.
