The name says blue, but it is certainly more green than blue. I think it is easy to hang, but it would be much more so if there were guidelines on the back. This is my second order of this, as I used it in the bathroom of our previous home and like it so much, I used it five years later in our new home's bathroom. My only complaint is that it is a 23 in repeat pattern, so there is a lot of wasted wallpaper.

It was fairly easy to put up. Don't get a fold in it as you remove the backing or it tears and becomes very difficult to get the backing sheet off.
