This is amazing!
I sautéed onions, garlic, 2 medium tomatoes, pimento peppers, added the chopped potatoes and salt. Placed the lid. 30 min later, the potatoes perfectly cooked with the juices, no need to add water. The peppers even retained their form and shape!
