Poor construction
The wood supports split during assembly, and we had to replace with other wood. The steps are covered with flimsy fabric, which bunched up and didn't allow the dog to get traction. We cut up an all-weather mat and stapled pieces to each tread. We also added rubber to the feet because the unit would slip around otherwise. We are going to cut off the pointy ends at the top because they are unnecessary and asking for trouble. We also may glue in the pegs holding up the treads in ramp/collapsed position because they are not secure. As is, I would not recommend. We had to do a lot of work to make it serviceable. Fortunately we had the tools and materials on hand.
