Yeego 27.12 Cu.Ft Commercial Refrigerator,800 Cans Merchandiser Refrigerator with LED Light & Door Lock

My review is clearly a mixed review but it's based primarily on the fact that this merchandiser showed up damaged and I have not heard back from the company yet on getting a replacement. it was dropped off packaged in a crate and on a pallet, which was wonderful, but the third party delivery company just drops it curbside and then leaves. so there's no time to inspect the unit before they leave and refuse it if there's damage, which in this case, there was. we were building a new restaurant and got the unit all unpacked for the most part but left it wrapped in the foam wrapping so as to not have it get scratched while it was waiting for us to finish painting and doing some trim work. when we finally were ready to put it to use a couple of weeks up after it was received, we unwrapped it and found that there was a forklift blade hole in the back that had not only pierced the back but gone into the machine and damaged the inside wall by pushing it in. clearly somebody at the warehouse somewhere knew they stabbed this thing with a forklift but wrapped it and sent it anyway. now I can't get a response from the company as I have submitted a complaint and request for a new unit. I would trust Walmart with my purchase but since this is a third party company that sells through Walmart, Walmart just prefers you to them and they're not responding. I hope that somebody will reach out and rectify this situation as I bought other commercial refrigerators, freezers and Commercial equipment for our new Cafe through their site. if you're reading this Walmart, please get in touch.
