The item was listed as A condition like new and had an aftermarket name at the bottom on the back of the phone. After issues with my wife's phone I decided to return this phone and purchase two new 15 pros and the phone I purchased was listed as a black phone and not red hence the aftermarket markings on the back and the bottom of the phone. I wouldn't recommend or purchase from this company

Unfortunately it has started out a bad experience

I wouldn't rate the seller just yet until the refund is complete but what a horrific experience getting this phone. Description was “like new” but it was like someone had taken the thing to a chop shop and sent me the left overs. It was falling apart for heavens sake and I believe there may have been missing inner parts from the looks of it. Let's just see how they are on the customer service end. Stand by….
