Great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This XL Cast Iron Griddle Press by Cuisinart is great quality. The cast iron is thick and heavy which is perfect for a thick barbecued rib eye steak. The wooden handle is solid so is going to last. I love giving my steaks a good, heavy sear and this does a perfect job. I highly recommend this.
