Only okay

I use white liner to do a line on my top lid before putting on shadow, it helps hold the color longer with my hooded eyes. This is not the worst one I've tried but it's not the best either. Slightly subpar. It isn't too stiff and has a slight creaminess to it, enough to give me the coverage I want but it does take drawing over it 3-4 times. It's pretty cheap and works if you take the time, that's why it's getting 3 stars.

NOT PIGMENTED ENOUGH

I honestly did not like this pencil, its streaky and when applying it over any product, the color transfers onto it and you have to take some time to clean off the other color in order to get it back to white. I have a Wet N Wild one that is way creamier and pigmented in the first swipe
