I have a propane stove and propane is expensive right now so I was looking for a cute hot plate that wouldn't take up much space on my counter and this cutie is a great choice for any area in the kitchen you want to use it. Cooks with skillets and sauce pans and makes me happy...so I recommend you get one..its better than those hot coils that burn you so easily...going to get another to put in my pantry as a backup or extra burner if I need one.
