Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility. Items must be in original packaging and unused; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed. 2.
