Brand New & Didn't Even Last ONE MONTH!!! AVOID!!

I took delivery of this device less than a month ago and it is completely unusable. The battery will no longer charge and it is not a pop out one that can easily be replaced so despite having priority service and warranty with a 24-hour turnaround on breakdown they will not collect the item for a week and then are quoting 8 business days for repair so that will be nearly a month without a computer due to the Christmas Period. The computer itself should be quick and responsive but I felt no performance improvements from the I5 computer I was using before and also my previous computer was an HP I5 laptop which also failed and kept crashing every day or two while in the middle of meetings and this is why I took out the 3 year warranty this time, but that was a waste of money and I doubt I will ever buy another HP device in the future as my HP Printer I use for about 30 pages a year has had nothing but issues and no support there either.

HP Probook 460 G11 - 2025

Very poor quality resulting from very simple issue. Three keys on the keyboard were loose and unattached when the laptop arrived and can't be reattached. No inspection process before product is sent out?
