The directions are seriously lacking in one area for those of you who might be struggling with the same thing that I did, when you're onto the last step of mounting the shower head module holding the hand held/wand shower part rotates. Not easily but it does so if it's not raining up the way that it should or the way it looks in the picture just rotate it! It will make a loud CLICK per turn. Other than that one small missing instruction from the instructions list everything else about the showerhead combo was great There is medium pressure, high pressure and normal. It seems that whether you have already high-pressure water head or low pressure water flowing through your residence. You will end up with variation of options with this combo set up.
